It's intriguing to discover that a man who is allegedly 6'8" has such tiny feet. Must create considerable balance issues. The air pressure change from someone closing a door would probably be sufficient to make him topple. Maybe the wizard's tower and Al Burj Model were made in a desperate attempt to prop himself upright and stand erect in the face of a mild summer breeze?

Inquring minds must know. :)

With Salute looming as it usually does its time to crack on with finishing the table and for today it's the harbour buildings.

Got two more to do (one is done, just need to stick a new one next to it) and then it's on to finishin the harbour properly  :)

Will it be an all nighter the night before? Oh I think it will  lol

Inquring minds must know. :)

6'5" and size 11  ;D

cheers

They look bloody brilliant, mate.
The various sizes and textures, details and angles really add to the look and feel of the row.

air pressure change from someone closing a door would probably be sufficient to make him topple.

Doors used to cause other problems too, but the invention of the 'Bibblyflap' has worked wonders, I hear.....

Reminds me a little of the old customs house at Bayards Cove in Dartmouth  :)

Truly wonderful stuff. Individually the buildings are lovely  but combined they are really superb. Too often you see homogeneous collections of buildings on a table, which whilst not unknown in real life is a lot rarer than people seem to think. At the other end of the spectrum you see random assortments of 'whatever is available' plonked down. These strike a wonderful balance of a tie in of styles with sufficient variance to appear real.

I really can't wait to see everything in place.

Apologies for crediting you with an additional three inches James.  :) As they say in the classics, size isn't all that matters.

Googled "papada". That's a double chin or multiple papadum?

Lovely terrain.
