Ignore those naysayers - haters gonna hate.  lol

They always do  lol

Got a coat of goop on it before leaving for work this morning. Debating whether to cover all the cobblestones or leave as is  ???

cheers

Cover them all, extra protection against the elements and more work for you lol

Take no notice of him, mate.
With a bonce like that, he ALWAYS has to think of covering it up.
 ;D

I would go with it just as it is.
It looks more natural.

Personally I'd gloop more on there. Just to blend the cobblestones in a bit to the surroundings.

Lovely :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*
I would go with more gloop to blend them in. Where are the house you already built and painted are they not for this bit of the board?

The cobbles do seem to fade to dirt rather close to the quay edge... seems a funny bit of work for the cobbles to peter out before the house fronts considering the houses are practically right on the waterfront edge. Is that how it really is on the real quays out there?

Me too.

And while you are at it, you should repaint those cliffs.
They dont look right in that shade of blue.....

More gloop added  and I think it will blend in better when painted.

That's it, ready for painting now but that won't happen till tomorrow when the boys are round  :D

They are going to be for the town on top of the cliffs but they can be swapped around as and when.

Honest answer, I really couldn't be bothered to do more  ;)

'Official' answer, only the harbour edge would need the solid surface of the cobbles with the frequent footfall there  ;)

cheers

James

Really great work on that board! Will you make some watertexture little waves etc. in the Harbour or just painted flat Surface?

Thanks chaps  :)

Just a flat surface, I'd spend too much time trying to get it right and Salute is only round the corner  :D

cheers
