Great looking stuff!
I've got a ton of LEGO stuff.  Way more than I need to play SBH (which we've done a few times http://chicagoskirmish.blogspot.com/2012/07/song-of-bricks-and-lego.html ) but not quite enough to do Kings of war.  Dragon Rampant could be just the thing for slightly larger battles.

LEGO actually works pretty well for most 28mm rulesets in terms of distances, though for element based games, you probably need to use fewer figs or larger elements.

Yeah, I think LEGO makes wargaming, even GW, look affordable!  lol
LEGO is more expensive than most wargaming figs, but it can definitely be less expensive than GW.  If you're smart about your buying and search sites like bricklink.com you can put together a Dragon Rampant army for a reasonable cost.

Some figs like Orcs may be a bit expensive, but consider that they are already painted, and you can change from spear, to axe, to archer, etc, just by buying  some weapons (common LEGO weapons are CHEAP) and the value becomes a bit more apparent.

Also, you can do things like turning common figs into medieval warriors simply with the addition of breastplate and helmet.  $1-1.50 per fig will get you armor, helmet and weapon.
