Thanks a bunch! :)  Crafting info starts here:
http://dmscraft.proboards.com/post/49009/thread

That's my general crafting thread on dmscraft.proboards.com .  It talks about the huts at that link I gave above, then goes on to somethign else.. and then back to the huts again.  I go from unfinished project to unfinished project in that thread, ultimately finishing everything and sharing the finished product in random order.

Thx a lot, I'm gonna make a bunch of terrain with this methoid. I'll post my results when I have them :-)

I've been experimenting with papier mache to make a hard, mouldable surface over a softer structure but your method with the bricks is inspired. Will have to give it a go. Fascinating thread, please keep posting.

Awesome! I look forward to seeing your pieces, and getting ideas from you to further improve my toilet paper mache masonry :)

Thanks for the complements.  Can you please describe more about what you are talking about with mouldable surfaces over softer structure, etc.. -- interested.

I have been wanting to try to use this toilet paper mache inside a mould.   I'd like to try it and let it dry in a mold for a day then pop it out and see what happens.   I know it'd shrink a bit.  But I do know it would be rock hard after it dries a couple days.    (Well it takes up to 5 days to dry if pieces are thicker -- unless I use a heat lamp or fan or whatever).

Just keep in mind that it shrinks a bit after it dries so it will break apart in places and there will be gaps.  But this has not been an issue for me at all since I just break it apart in chunks and hot glue together where needed.  I also fill if needed with more TP mache, sand, modeling paste, and/or sand & white glue (etc.).

Finished the Dice Tower Yard.  Need to make a gate that open and closes and securely stays closed so when dice hit it, it doesn't pop open.  Any suggestions?

Portcullis or drawbridge. Either sliding in place on some U beams [-------------], or held in place with magnets perhaps?

The battlemat made from canvas is a great idea for a portable game area.

Got my $300 Monoprice 3D printer today.  This is the first miniature I've printed (from Thingiverse.com under "Garden Toad").  I scaled down to 40mm for use as an Ice Toad in Frostgrave.

Excuse my amateur paint job -- new to the hobby.

Printed and painted another ice toad (cost for each frog is just under 20 cents a piece in plastic filament)

Ooh I like those toads - they have a creepy 'oh good, here comes dinner' kind of smile.
