Is there any free software for creating character cards?

Hi all.

I was wondering if there's any free software out there for creating character cards?
The sort of thing where you will show a picture of the character, their stats and a list of weapons and special abilities etc.

There are other options, like Magic Set Editor, but at least this one isn't as user friendly

I've been (ab)using Photoshop and Illustrator to make cards for years, but having something easier in the arsenal would certainly be useful.

I'll be trying this/these for sure...

Alas this wont run on laptop. I've downloaded it but this is what I get when I try to open it:

That just mean you need to install Java on your laptop to make it running.
