I got me a couple of boxes incl the excellent LBS shield transfers in sufficient numbers yesterday at Salute. Although busy painting the new Perry Brits I couldn't resist squeezing one of them in as well:

Brilliant work ! This is the first good example of the kit I have seen so far. Can I ask how you like them and how they compared to metal counter parts? This has me torn between footsore and a box of these. Keep up the good work.

Got a few of the Roman boxes myself and have been experimenting with them. Combined with the GB Dark Age warriors and the GB Saxon Thegns lots of conversion possibilities.
And with Goths and/or Vandals and Late Roman cavalry in the pipeline almost endless.

Do you use some kind of filter (either physical or digital) when taking Pictures of the minis, please? Asking because there seems to be some kind of 'grittyness' to the whole of the pictures that I cannot quite put my finger on.

That's not a 'filter' mate, that's an old iPhone4S and too little daylight..

Well, I did suspect that light might have something to do with it, but I assumed that it was an artistic thing, not a shortage of up-to-date gear... 

Thanks for the answer - I think the 'grittyness' suits your painting style, anyway, which is why I was curious.

Additionally Photobucket does seem to make them look even more pixelated
