I also received a package from combat zone yesterday as suggested by commander vyper earlier in the thread
They looked good on this site
http://combatzone-scenery.co.uk/epages/e25b18fb-c32b-422a-8493-a8baeb0f1a17.mobile/en_GB/?ObjectPath=%2FShops%2Fe25b18fb-c32b-422a-8493-a8baeb0f1a17%2FCategories%2FGames%2FImperial_Assault
But I am afraid they are not so good in real life

Hardly a straight line on them not exactly what I would have expected for their cost
I will need to find another source for the star wars crates

Jesus send em back mate. Shocking!  :( Not as advertised at all).
Now water can flow....or water can crash...be water my friend.

Those are atrocious.

Remember that under U.K. Distance selling regs you have 14 days to change your mind and get a full refund (minus P&P). I'd definitely consider it, especially considering their cost!

I've been working my way through Star Wars Rebels Season 2, and noticed those crates in the background last night

They were in a better condition, even after the place had been blown up lol

Slow progress with this project, still struggling getting my painting Mojo, so I thought I would sort out some terrain for the game.
Built this for a stalled Africa Corps game

Waste not want not, I thought I would re purpose it for Star wars

Still got the front door to finish

Still WIP so don't be too rough on me, it will look better with some more time put into it

Good repurposing  :)

I think the colour needs to be a bit lighter (I know it’s a wip though).

Gamer Mac, I'm always left speechless by scratchbuilding talents like yours. Both the house and the Falcon are looking great.

I have to admit to not having read most of this thread, but may I ask a question anyway? It seems you are using the Imperial Assault rules for your project. Do you think that game is worth picking up for a 54mm Star Wars project I'm working on? I much prefer the larger scale and so would really only purchase it for its rules and mission ideas, selling off the minis and possibly the tiles that come with it. What attracts me to the game especially is it seems to be a solid set of rules, along with the fact that the missions/campaign engine sound like they'd be really useful. So, do you think the missions could be ported to a standard tabletop with similar terrain as the tiles? I guess what I'm asking is how tied to game components is it?

Thank you for any information, and keep up the great work!

Sorry you are asking the wrong person, I only got the game for the figures, only played it once, no real opinion of it.

If it's a skirmish system you're looking for, there's a thread about Star Wars skirmish rules that's on the go at the moment - http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=111750.0

Not wanting to hijack the thread, but is it the 54mm Star Wars Command figures you're using, or is it something else?
