Not actually got anything by name .However the armoured train in the first picture is in the right place at the right time,just don't know which side.(although it is very similar in design to the late boer war armoured trains((which it's not because it's sequential in a collection of ww1 photographs not a random Google image. ))
Which would suggest it's British as it would be in both living and service memory.
The Indian army gun crew is from Basra no idea if it's a 'train'part or local expediencey.

There's. A Turkish police station ,and a Sinai block house etc just for some flavour.
