Amazing! What tomb model did you use for the above? Looks familiar...

thousands of miniatures.

Wow, are you going for the complete ensemble from the RPG book?!
Between the idea
And the reality
Between the motion
And the act
Falls the Shadow

It's from zealot miniatures, I had an old grendel metal one, but it's honestly too heavy to game with, haha.

Yep, all ten monster tables, have all the miniatures more or less based and undercoated (with the exception of the dark Elves as I haven't really touched them yet.

I'm also missing a greater daemon and a few other pieces, but I'm mostly all set. All original metal games workshop models too, from citadel through to just before the change to finecast. Have some forgeworld resin too, but only because it's absolutely gorgeous.

Skaven gutter runners painted, these took way longer than I'd planned. Still pretty happy with them and finally have some painted rats so will be good for gaming.

As always, really appreciate the kind words, helps with the effort to push on with the project!

Gutter runners were quite nasty iirc! Yours look brilliant, not sure if it will be more fun to swarm a poor isolated hero (wizards, beware!) or to cut bloody paths into them with a valiant (if unruly, thieving, illoyal and alcohol addicted) group of heroes!

This thread is incredible. It fills me with nostalgia and makes me lament that I got rid of my copy of WHQ in my foolish late-teenage years! You are very talented!

Thanks guys, really appreciate the kind words, it's a labour of love.

Finished 12 rats I had in the painting pile for a long time. Some of the bases were done very early in the project and don't quite match the tiles, but I was trying to work out a way to base that wouldn't take a huge amount of time. I never found a quick way really.

All three ogres finally finished, quite a few different techniques for painting these guys, but well worth the effort as I rate the Perry Ogres amongst my favourites.
