I have painted up a few more modern(ish) armed civilians.  10 more, to be exact, for a grand total for the 2 batches of 22.  Same drill as the first batch earlier in this thread.  Wargames Atlantic bodies and some of the heads.  Various Warlord Bolt Action and ProjectZ arms, a few heads, and weapons.  9 of these guys are built and painted to (more or less) represent armed versions of some of Spectre Miniatures unarmed civilians.

The 1st 2 pics include a few older weapons, like a revolver, a bolt action rifle, and a civilian hunting rifle (that chap is wearing an old Bundeswehr feldmutze).  It also includes a fella with an M3 Benelli shotgun.

The 2nd 2 pics include an SVD (with open sights), an AK74 with optics, and a good ol' everyday AK.

The 3rd 2 pics show a couple of M4-style ARs with optics, and an M16A2.

The 7th pic is this batch all together, while the 8th pic is all 22 figs in one shot.  As you can see, there is quite the assortment of weapons...now on to develop a scenario in which to use them...

Thanks, fellas!  They were a hoot to build and paint.  I have since got a bunch of Full Metal Miniatures individual weapons (1960s/1970s era stuff, US, Soviet, and British), and if/when I do more, I have an even wider variety of weapons with which to arm them.

@AKULA:  Go ahead and do it!  Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Next up is some modern(ish) Policia.  All from Brigade Games DrugWarZ Kickstarter a while back.  All prepped and primed.  Painting to start this afternoon.

And here they are.  They are some of the "Policia" figures from Brigade Games' DrugWarZ Kickstarter some time back.  I don't particularly fancy slotta bases, so the metal tab was trimmed off, and they were gluer to "standard" 25mm round bases.

First pic is the Chief.  2nd one is the guys who walk their beat (I added the cigar).  3rd and 4th are the patrol units and their rides (diecasts I got on Ebay).  Last 2 are the lot of them so far.

While they are inspired by photos of 1980s Central American police, they do not represent a particular nation's police.  I intend to use them when the local constabulary is needed in an appropriate modern(ish) scenario.  They would also do for some pulpy action - in fact I plan to do just than Friday next.

Thanks, fellas.  They were fun to paint!

The other 8 figs from that set are still in my long and winding painting queue...
