It was pretty good, with one minor quibble.  The original 3 films and even the second 3 films were really good about dead is dead.  What with Maul in the clone wars (which was a dumb plotline), then Fett, then Fennec Shand, then Cobb Vanth, and now both inquisitors....does death really mean anything?

It's gotten a little too over the top way too fast with the revolving wheel of life.  It distracts from an otherwise good episode and awesome display of Vader just toying with someone because he finds it fun.

I've been enjoying it. I agree with the person who said it was not as good as Mandalorian bur better than Boba Fett. It does feel authentically Star Wars.

It has also led to me buying the new Shadow Collective set for Legion, which wasn't the plan....

Yesterday I was finally able to watch episode 5. And I liked it!
A lot of minor quibbles and it’s certainly no Oscar material, but, boy, was it fun ro see Vader use the force. The lightsaber fight was also awesome.

Last one done and I enjoyed it  :)

As DivisMal said, it’s not Oscar material but it’s fun and watchable not to mention the gaming inspiration  :)

The last episode was pretty good.

Great to see Ben more confident and i wonder where he will be heading to with Qui-Gon.

Also started re-watching the Book of Boba-Fett.Got the new Shadow Collective starter set this Week. For a very good price from Chaos Cards.

I do like the new poster type pages you get in the boxes. Not sure when they started to do this as i have been-out of Legion for a bit.

Just finished Obi Wan. Very pleased.

Can anyone tell me the model of the shuttle he is using in the end?

Watched it yesterday and I am also very pleased. Pacing of the last episode was a bit odd, but the fight between Ben and Vder was cool and they even managed to explain some of the oddities of episode 4. I liked it, for instance, that Ben now calls Vader just „Darth“ as if it was his name. And now we even know why Ben tells Luke, Vader killed Luke‘s father.

Gamingwise, well we absolutely need Owen and Beru with their jedi killer guns! If they had just aimed a little better, that inquisitor would be bantha fodder!

Altogether I had a good time and will interrupt my 30YW project to paint some SW again.  ;) ;)

"Hello There!"  ;) So great to here that line :)

Very enjoyable, especially hearing some of the original SW score towards the end. In some ways I hope they don't do a second series as this was a decent way to tie everything up for ready for Episode 4. On the other hand I really liked Ewan's performance and would be happy to see more of it! lol

Oh man the plot holes in the final episode were awful.  A mortally wounded person gets across the galaxy faster than Vader's instant teleport catch up with a fleeing ship that left him in the dust.  Followed up by a climactic duel that again ignores the Episode IV duel (and shows Obi Wan doesn't care about the rest of the galaxy which has to suffer again), and now this over arching connection between Leia and Obi Wan that is completely not there in IV (goofy line at the end doesn't cover it). Bail also leaves Luke out to dry, proving he's a total jerk that doesn't really care about anyone.

Will Smith must have shown up and flashy thinged everyone, because otherwise this series makes no sense and is all over the map for messing with continuity.

Mandalorian worked because it didn't go to the well of the same characters beyond a brief cameo.  I would put this above Fett, due to better acting and scenery, but worse in plot and story.  Worth watching, but decidedly mediocre.  There are some good gaming scenarios that could come from it, but the little bits of good in the story get buried under the bad in the end.

I don’t know how many seasons are planned, but I’m wondering if the finale will see McGregor made to look like Alec Guinness and meet the adult Luke.

Don't know, but that was almost certainly a Lancer Class Pursuit Craft in the background of that scene!  8)
