Excellent, I dippped out of it last time and greatly missed the excitement a Monday morning would bring whether gorans or cheers when your entry pops up on a page and it doesnt matter whether you win or lose it is the taking part that counts

Just a quick rules question. Would an artillery piece that would not normally be on a base have to be based for the purposes of this competition? I know it's a weird question but I don't want to DQ myself in the first round!
