Yes, just the ticket. I wish I had one, I really don't have enough in the way of colonial buildings.

Thats great, I particularly like the internal floor texture - nice detailing that.

I like it a lot.

No exposed brick/stone under the plaster, which is refreshing, as not all colonial structures like   had chunks of plaster falling off, yet.

( Many buildings resemble the local "Tex Mex" restaurant with too much exposed brick, but spotless, first rate exterior finish everywhere else)

The roof is very nice.  Brush bristles?

Kudos!  ;)

That little breeze area, above the door, that is the kinda detail that makes a model standout!

Great!

Very nice!

As others have said, would love to know what the thatching is made of, and the texturing on the walls & floor too!

"The african warehouse step by step"

First I build the structure with a base floor in foam core board. I assemble the different parts with glue.

Second I paint the floor with glue mix with sand and add some grave and little stones...

I paint the whole house with filler -except the roof. The roof is made with brush bristles and glue.

After all I add the wood details in the windows and the door. The door is made with a 3mm foam core board and bambu mat sticks.

Finally a whole paintwork... and that's all. Thanks

A very nicely executed and useful model. I'll definitely steal borrow the thatch idea for my African project.  :)
