Well, why not? everybody knows the Earth is hollow, so it is just a matter of finding the right tunnels  :)

And, fortunately for the AAR's, GM's always make sure the adventurers find the WRONG tunnels...  :D

A few more terrain elements are in preparation now. I'm thinking that the look of this game will be rather good. It's very much going to be an adventure game, where the players will not know what coming at them and they might even go to do a bit of thinking themselves.

This is fortunate as I find the GASLIGHT rules themselves to do little in delivering a game. Luckily it doesn't really matter what system is used as long as the scenario is worth playing.  :)

Crystals for the morlock land

Mushrooms for the mushroom forest

I came up with the idea to scrap the last of the three scenarios and rewrite it completely. So the martians featured earlier will not all make an appearance.

Instead we're going to do something outside and have the players emerge bewildered in the middle of a Prussian camp, where they have to find a way to get to "home".  8)

Those mushroom models are superb, and who knows what wild and wacky effects their spores may have on the adventurers?  ;D  o_o  ;)

OK så!

First board is all but done... actually the board it self isn't done but the terrain and the minis for it are! lol

The gloss sheen on the crystals makes for a hard time photographing it!

Very nice work. The morlocks and terrain look very good together.

Hello! Glad to see you got home safely.

Yeah I'm not sure what to make of gaslight myself. Dewbakuk and Thunderchickens BLAM game used the Gaslight To Be Continued rule set and it went very well; perhaps its a system that lends itself to smaller encounters.

I'm sure either of the two afore mentioned chaps can divulge more.

Nice work, will we see it perhaps Blam next year? Or even SCALAM?

Cheers
Andy

Good grief, Thorbjørn - you have been busy! Looking good... Love the morlocks. Evil, scary, cannibal bastards.  ;)

The game is a skirmish with few models, we have tweaked the Gaslight rules a bit to fit our ideas; shorter movement because of the dark and terrain (done because of the small boards), limited visibility with use of torches and lamps for lightsource rather than a sun and instead of hitpoints we use a team of african bearers for each adventuring party and they count as hitpoints or wound counters for the group.

But ideally you should all visit us at Horisont and participate  ;)

Wow! That looks absolutely gorgeous, I just love the contrast between the rich dark purple crystals and the light sandy toned stalagmites.  :)

OK now I began carving the boards for the different levels.

Here's a work in progress shot of the Mushroom Forest:

Probably a bit cartoonish/simple, but I want it to be facilitating my game too.. not just look the part!  :D

(I hope you're not to bothered by all this unfinished business,.. look at it as a teaser of what to come!)
