Missed this until just now, not being a WW2 gamer, but that's an awesome building and the garden is inspiring!

One of my projects pencilled in for 2011 is a couple of rural North American farm houses, barns, etc... I'm going to HAVE to do a kitchen garden now too, or the whole thing won't be complete.

Great building :-* :-* :-*
The vegitation really brings the whole thing to life.
How many different types of flock do you use?

on a typical 20mm fig base... usually three types - inc tufts...

on this base there are three types of chopped foam (colours and grades) two static grasses, two types of tufts and two types of flowers... roughly ;)

Cracking piece of modelling with some nice detail touches.
I especially like the path with grass growing over the edges and with wear in the areas where there is more foot fall.  The ivy and other vegetation are convincingly done as well.  Top job!

good eyes on that man!!!

nice to see my narrative touch gets spotted :D
