Stale-shmale; Thanks for the compliment, Traveler!
I actually have a couple more crew to paint up yet. I'm just taking a break and doing some post-apoc figures for the game Qwik.

New to the forum, (OK, I've been lurking for a while without signing up, call me a voyeur if you have to ;)) but this type of project is what made me join.
Absolutely superb, steamer, minis, paintjobs, conversions, attention to detail, all simply stunning.
I may just have to steal the comics idea, I can just see copies of the local broadsheet littering the streets of my variation of Mordheim!
Thanks for the inspiration! (The whole project, of course, not the comics....)

Thanks again, all!
Mason, are you doing a pulp Mordheim?

Evilcartoonist: Not a Pulp version of Mordheim, no.
It is a variant using the Mordheim rules in the fictional Empire town of Krappefortte which has suffered the same kind of devastation.
I was going to 'borrow' your idea as I think discarded newspapers, in the form of a broadsheet, littering the streets would be a nice touch.
We already have a variant of the Town Cryer, called the Krappefortte Gazette, produced by myself on an irregular basis.
Miniature versions of this strewn across the streets would look pretty atmosheric methinks.
Thanks again for the idea!

Just a tiny update: I've ordered Reaper's new Jungle Lord pack. The Jungle Lord himself will become another figure to add to my "Conan" collection, but the chimp will become my tramp steamer's new mascot. I'll post him in this thread when he is finished.

Here's a link tot the pack: http://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/previews/latest/50237#detail/50237_g_1

Truly outstanding. I'm really impressed with these, it's heartbreaking I don't game pulp when I see a thread like this.

I totally agree.
Makes me wish I did Pulp, too.
I WILL eventually.
When I see threads like this on this forum it makes me wish I did EVERYTHING!
Brilliant!

Very, very nice. I've been looking for these type of figures.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.
