Best of luck to you and Dr Chimpula.  Awfully good of her to provide you with such a solid unquestionable excuse. :)

Thanks all. Not to hijack the thread but if it's a boy: Ambrose, and if it's a girl: Olive. But enough of this...back to the topic at hand!

I have figures from companies that were long gone from the hobby scene by 1991, I think I should be able to find something that qualifies.

Greetings

today I received a very nice Box from Texas. In there was a blister (unopened) from old Ral Partha Figures I auctioned off ebay a week ago. And check this ... the Stamp says the Minis are from 1978.  Okay, that will mean my Dennis Mize Minis will remain unpainted a bit longer.
Yeay... Round One ... check ;D

Thank you Margaret  :)

What's the status gang? I've got 5 finished, 1 WIP and 62 remaining (for full rd 5 and rd 10 multi team entries). Allready ahead of last year's LPL yield! =)

Round 10 - eight 'sailors' done (although if I finish off the 2 officers it will be better, and then there's the vessel...)

Round 1 - 80% complete

Round 5 - cleaned up and stuck to washers.

Everything else? Barely even considered. Hmm, perhaps this year is not for me after all o_o

Oh, I forgot... everything not covered above is cleaned up, stuck on bases and primed. I'm good to go! :)

I have so far finished my entries for rounds 2 and 3, I am waiting for a friend to bring me the figures for round 1, so will be starting round 4 figures tommorow, I have all the figures I need for the intermediate rounds, just need a few orcs for round 5 and two build projects for round 10 along with a few figures  as requested here http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=37336.msg436947#msg436947, just hope I can maintain current rate of progress as I have big ideas for Round 10.

Jeezzz..  where do some of you find the time, I have 6 guys for the first round primed and that is all...  No clue yet what to do for the other rounds, though I have the feeling we will be seeing a lot of Orcses in Round 5  lol

Why aim for gold if you can get lead?

Was there ever a clarification on whether there would be "new painting" credit for rounds 2 and 3?  This may make the difference between my being able to enter or not.
