The Rohypnol Posse Publicity Shots
The Posse is still work in progress conversion wise and for those not mathematically challenged (i.e. not me and Texas Ted) whilst there are 11 pygmy members of the Posse we have only named 9 of them.
Feel free to fill in the blanks gents…….

Corbett and The Proff

Stumpy and Flooney

Pam and Big Bertha (I need another one of these Big Bertha figures to convert so she holds the car exhaust blowpipe)

Trazzer and Dec (and the two nameless posse members)

Saucy Jack (I need to drop a claw hammer into his pointing hand)

And of course ‘Me Julie’ who Ignatieff ‘minders’……pic to come (hopefully)

The Bus is the “Me Julie, the Singing Nun, and the Von Claptrap Children”. Tour bus on hire from Stroganoff Enterprises (Leisure Division) ‘Magical Mystery Tours’ Inc.
It will be branded before the tour commences…….

It needs a driver who will be one of Stroganoff’s band or a Nun if I can convert something.

Oddly I am normally wasted when I play BoB...

You don't say.  ;D

More glorious lunacy, and I have serious motor pool envy.

My favourite has to be the Daimler touring car festooned with baggage. I've got one of the RAFM touring cars that has been basically painted but unfinished for over a year now, must get it properly baggaged  up, so to speak!

Smirnoff,
Even though I am a dedicated reader of the Kashgar Pink I was completely unaware of this "glorious lunacy" (props to Wirelizard).  This only confirms my total admiration for everything that the League does :o :o ;D :D ;D.  Thank you so much for the low down on these crazies!!

I will take some pictures later and post them up, sadly 'Me Julie' resides with Ignatieff so over to him on that one....

Okay, gentlemen and fellow lead degenerates - a competition!

A free copy of the elegant and masterfully crafted "Setting the East Ablaze!" rules for the best suggestions for names for the two remaining members of the Pygmy Rhohypnol Posse.....

Over to your warped and twisted imaginations.......

Reiver do some drivers in SD caps, I think in their VBCW range (recent post on LAF WW1 section). Also I saw a Minerva crew with a driver in a French helmet.

Also; http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=40762.0

Oh what a thesaurus of inspiration and details:

For crew etc, my humble suggestion:
Company B has some interwar vehicles and few crew figures:
 http://homepage.mac.com/brentdietrich/companyB_models_interwar.html
Sloppy jalopy has a driver in working "uniform":
http://www.sloppyjalopy.com/
[select :figures"]
and I think that brigade games has Ford T driver in three versions suitable for bolsheviks, whites etc.
Alas, I cannot find the link, so, maybe are now OOP?

and here some german driver and a passenger that might be handy:
http://www.brigadegames.com/Kubelwagon-Crew-Officer-driver-frauline-Mimi_p_947.html

Since I do not own any of them, I cannot recommend anything about suitability, size and fitting
As for conversion, I think that some WWII figures might also be used but suitably converted. Another humble suggestion add a couple of motorcycle despatch riders from GWM. they will enhance the absolute amazing icon.

"Car Wars - The early years" ? :D
Not only that, as I was thinking the same thing. I was also thinking the zombie apocalypse came earlier in life. :-)

I totality missed this thread.  :o

Man do I feel stupid.

What a fantastic project.  :-*

Greta conversions and paint jobs and background fluff.

This should be "sticky'd"

A very good start.  I will leave it to Smirnoff to judge.  The closing date is midnight tomorrow (GMT)

Well, I thought going with a blues theme would be good because running into this crew would certainly give you the blues.  For the bare headed fellow, who hasn't yet earned his uniform cap I suggest Heckhound because it just sounds a lot less ominous than "hellhound on my trail".  For the other fellow I like Sleepy John, named for his carelessness in handling his equipment  ;D.

I don't need or want the prize here, but I'll toss in a guess anyway.

Scads - A keen-eyed scout, whose main failing is an abiding distraction by shiny obects.
Possible combat bonus: + To range/movement speed/difficulty to hit in cover
Possible combat penalties: Will sometimes lag behind battle to nick boots, teeth, flowerpots, parasols, grandfather clocks, or anything else he happens to fancy at that particular moment.

Ronson (or Nutter Ronson) - A fine fighter with a terrible weakness for dares and bets. Cannot abide being called a coward and will do what it takes to prove the challenger wrong.
Possible combat bonus: An all around moderate boost to his stats, to allow him some chance of surviving his penalty below. Perhaps it only kicks in when he is "challenged".
Possible combat penalties: Will accept any challenges and bets made by his fellow pygmies, other teammates, and even enemies who get close enough, to do particularly outlandish or dangerous things, such as dashing to a particular point under fire, stealing the enemy's vital supply of tea biscuits, or tweaking an opposing general's mustache. If a figure is within (2 inches? 3 inches? 4?) they may challenge Ronson to do something nuts so long as that challenge is not a guaranteed death sentence. Only one challenge at a time, please!
