Zafarelli's Nymph Pool (Final update, really)
« on: 09 December 2012, 09:00:53 PM »
Here's my take on the Hylas-and-the-Nymphs theme from Blackwolf's project. I hope I changed it around enough so noone is offended by this bland stealing of ideas ::)

It is intended to go on my industrial table from a few years back. Anyway, here are the first few pictures.

Basic construction without any nymphs. Pump, tank and pipes are resin casts, but I did the masters, so they should probably count 8)

And another picture, complete with half-naked girls splashing around.

You guessed it, the water will be all dirty and full of goo and other stuff. The modelling challenge with regard to the contest theme will be the splashing  (well, shambling quickly towards this Hylas character) of the girls, as well as one or two jets coming from the pump.

Yes, zombie vixens. I just bought a box for my swimming pool build too. They are pretty gruesome. I need to model a rubber ring around one.

Thumbs up! I was hoping someone would do water nymphs or industrial spill. I did however not foresee the combination. A splendid idea.
