Good grief indeed.
This looks like it would have torpedoed the Washington Treaty of the 1890s!  :o
Quite unethically I hope this launches an arms race across the forum  :D
Stunning.

That's not a moon it's a spacestation Mikasa Aeronef! ;) I hope there's a seriously precarious unarmoured exhaust port that small nefs with wings in the shape of an 'X' can shoot into!

Bloody hell that's massive! And pretty darn brilliant! Can't wait to see this thing progress. This is why I love this hobby! You never know what you are going to see.

James - you're mad as a box of frogs  :o :o :o  I love it!  :-* :-* :-*

The solution to not having a suitable opposing 'neff (or fleet) is to use the Mikasa as the the game table and just conduct a bloody massive skirmish on her decks! Alternatively, a character-driven skirmish onboard would work well (like the game on the airship that the Scots brought to BLAM).

I had actually assumed that a boarding action was the only practical style of game possible on a monster of this size.

"practical" and James' imagination don't always fit together  lol

I have an Aliens board which looks roughly like a large, wooden drawer; I considered putting folding legs on it, as it's a great quick set up at conventions.

Not to be outdone by the Japanese, the Imperial German Navy has started work on an UberNeff super carrier, 75" long and 30" wide.
