Free-standing Stalagmite Cluster (Remix)  -- it's the piece at the bottom of the photo in the middle.

I made it available on Thingiverse.com:

That cavern system is sly!  The arch doorways mate the chambers perfectly and in any configuration.  So stealing this.  Thank you.

Thanks.  I feel much more like I'm in a cave/cavern with these tiles vs. the squareness of cavern tile systems like:  Dwarven Forge, Hirst Arts and others.

It's so simple.  The circlular/oval tiles have implied cavern walls everywhere except where you put a door or say put some other opening.  And it only requires just a few pieces of scatter terrain to let the player get the feel of it.. their mind pretty much fills in all the rest of the walls :)  Love it.  DM Scotty turned me onto this system.  Tilescapes #14 video on youtube.

Love the openness of it as well. Players can see everything in the cave.

Made this gorgeous huge stalagmite out of hot glue and toilet paper roll for armature.  Filled with sand for weight -- completely sealed off with hot glue all the way around (so no chance to leak).

Very happy with the way it turned out.  Took two long sticks of hot glue though lol.

Mushroom is on a 25mm base, so you can get a sense of scale.

Thanks, once I get this done, I plan on making like a few more sets but in different colors :)

1) The tan/brown caves -- which I am working on now
2) Ice Caves (for Frostgrave and what not)
3) Turquoise
4) Purple
5) And of course gray
6) Lava / Fire version as well :)

I just bought Hirst Arts Water Cavern Molds #81 and #82 .. since I'll be making so many variations :)  Going to be loads of fun.  Once I make a gazillion casts, I can then sell off hte molds and probably get 75% or so of the cost back :)  Or I can keep the molds and trade the water cavern casts for other Hirst Arts casts I need that others may have molds for.

Thanks for the complements.

For anyone interested here's I painted these:
1) base coat: espresso brown (a very dark brown, almost black).
2) sponge on / stipple brush (if smaller item) : americana burnt umber  -- two passes.  Most of it should be burnt umber but dark brown showing here and there.
3) sponge on / stipple brush, sparsely but with some pressure:  american burnt sienna  .. I make "hot spots" here and there with this.
4) spong on / stipple brush:  americana cocoa, all over, lightly , two passes.
4) very light spond / very light stipple brush:  mix of americana cocoa and white (about 50/50 maybe a bit more white).  I use a very dry brush or lightly loaded sponge for this and light pressure.

Here's how I made the mats:
