Yes, this will be a Pulp Western game, I've got the scenario worked out (the hunt for the missing Pinkerton), just got to find time to play it now!

Also, Bill Gull, the Bend's Barber-Surgeon (late of Whitechapel, London) has now built his barber's shop, conveniently next door to the saloon.

and here's Bill waiting for his first customer...............

I think he probably could, having extensive anatomical knowledge!   ;)  However, I think Bill is only interested in human dissection!   :o

I like it!
 :D

My own town physician, Dr De'Ath, also hails from the Whitechapel area.
Maybe they were members of the same club?
And maybe they both used the same travel agent....?
 :D ;)

I'm not sure which club Bill belonged to but I have it on good authority that he liked to down a few stiffeners in the Ten Bells pub in Whitechapel. Perhaps he met Dr. De'Ath there, both being medical men?

There may be a previously unsuspected conspiracy here, Mason. Bill had to leave London in a hurry and it's rumoured that he had Royal connections, some saying that he had treated the Prince of Wales! It's possible that the two doctors were involved in some nasty business in Whitechapel together. Presumably with the law getting close to feeling their respective collars, they departed for pastures new. I imagine Bill Gull is still in touch with Dr. De'Ath in Upsheet Creek and more dastardly happenings may come to light in the near future?

The outlaws line up for the ubiquitous group-shot before the showdown.

From left to right:

Bill Doolin, ‘the Slaughter Kid’, ‘Tulsa Jack’ Blake, Bill Dalton, ‘Dynamite Dick’ Clifton and ‘Red Buck’ Waightman.

The Pinkertons begin the search for Ethan Chandler.

From left to right:

Chas Schumacher, ‘Birdy’ Edwards, James McParland, Frank Geyer and William Pinkerton.

I've started work on the character cards for the game, based on the Pulp Alley character templates designed by Dave and Mila Phipps. Here are the cards for the Oklahoma Long Riders League.
