I've always wanted to enter an LPL, but somehow invariably always missed the beginnings. I'm in! Will need to acquire figures for round 5, but otherwise am set!

Looking forward to painting with all of you!

Coward.
Its about time you posted some painted figures. It will help you finish some of the stuff you have been buying recently. You also need some figures for that nice board you built. :D

I have been painting. I'm still very slow despite the mediocre paint jobs!

I've started the river on the board, I decided to go for a nice green-blue river! How is your wee corner of 'nam?

Cheers
Andy

Might have to give it a go this year, I suck at motivating myself so maybe a bit of a push would help,

Also have found stuff for all the bonus rounds, so fingers crossed that I will at least hit those!

My painting is a bit poor compared to many so I can't see me being in it for the ranking, but a bit of healthy competition might stil be cool!

See you all in round 1... I hope!
 ;)
Saving the last bullet... just in case.

See my wonderful BLOG of stuff!

Its actually one of the best films ever made.

After being enthralled by the the last painter's league I swore I'd enter the next one but the trouble is I'll be staying in the UK for a month so would find it difficult to enter at least 4 of the later rounds  :-[
So in that case I'll just swear
maybe next time
best of luck ladies and gents

Another LPL is great news! I really like the bonus round themes, especially the last one. Movies and Miniatures is really a marriage in heaven. Unfortunately I will not make all rounds. My employer will fix that  :'( but good luck to everyone, may your brushes aim true!

You can still enter. How about trying to enter the 5 or 6 you can do, and then re-submitting your best entries for the remaining rounds? OK, you won't get the 'new team' bonuses, but at least you'll be entering something.

You've still got a few weeks until the start. Do those four later round entries now.

I think I’ll try a new tactic this year. I will paint as much figures as I can before the LPL and will use the week between each round to build scenic setting and try to take decent pictures… Sound like a good plan and, like all good plan, it will surely fail before long… ;D
