It's been a little quiet hey. :/

Apologies.

I've been working on 2 axis walkers, and gluing a bunch of war games factory Russians into Dust SSU figures. But yeah, not much is happening :/ silly real life and all that.

Cheers
Matt.

Stop molly-coddling him.
The grief I got about not finishing my train justifies giving Bertie a hard time from all and sundry.

How'd you like these apples?!

Finally took some snaps of my DUST Tactics Axis "Hydra" Walkers. I ordered some custom transfers from Company B which turned out great.

More pictures are in the blog post http://makeandpaint.blogspot.com.au/2014/11/dust-update.html

I also picked up a box of fiddly little arms and legs WGF Russians, in an attempt to convert some SSU/S.T.A.L.K.E.R Scavengers. GS is still to come, and I ended up going back and pinning the heads/backpacks after a few broke :(

... and finally

The chap sitting down is "Pablo". I needed a pilot for my SSU walker from Mason, and while his proportions are a little off the legs are mostly hidden in the cockpit and looks good in-situ. He is made from Tamiya driver legs, WGF russian body, and DUST Hammers head.

As always C&C welcome.

Cheers
Matt

Some pretty fantastic stuff! The metal heads are a little large but within the acceptable range to me. Are you combining WGF Russians with WGF Male Survivors modern weapons?

Yes Kid, they are aren't they. But likewise I think they scrape in.. I just cannot use non gasmask heads next to them.

I haven't, because I don't have a box of fiddly little arms and legs WGF Male survivors.. otherwise I could. ;) Those are all Russian guns.

Sorry Esprit, if you mean the "miss hydra" and "Odin's Thunder" and "hydra roundals" then they are transfers not freehand. I'm not that talented unfortunately.

But glad you like anyway mate! ^_^

Cheers
Matt.

They're further down on his blog, in the post marked Dec 14. Also, I agree with everyone else. It all looks great and I can't wait to drag you behind one of the dumpsters and shoot you...in game, of course.
