The rules are for pre-contact to initial contact, tribe vs tribe. There will be mythological elements, monsters, Sorcerors, spirits though not so much in the D&D way, more Game Thronsey if that makes sense. Mythological elements have a part but aren't the primary focus.

That's great news, Bob. I've initially thought it's going to be another FIW game and that would be not quite my cup of tea, to be honest. But now I'm highly interested in this and can't wait to see what are you going to do out of this lovely idea.

Can I use Mayans and Aztecs w / these rules too? Need an excuse to get those collections going again!

Rules sound fantastic. Love that you are working in some mythic elements--that will really make this special and not just French Indian war without French and English ;-)

Count me in!

Bob, thanks for the pics of the next set! And from the research I have done (and visiting numerous forts and other native American sites), your depictions are spot-on. These are amazing figures, and I'm truly sorry I won't be at Historicon to pick up a set. Otherwise, I'd be mooing in that cattle line of gamers backed up at the entrance of the dealer area when it first opens...!

Have a great show, and hope you sell a lot!

Having seen these 'in the flesh', they are really fine minis and beg to be painted.

What happened with the kickstarter? Is it going to happen is the range just going to be sold through retail?

A leak in Santa's elf staff has informed me that I will be receiving a couple packs of these as a Christmas gift...can't wait to see them! And paint them up!!!

And just in time for me to use them as leader figures for the second phase of the playtest of the Beaver Wars in Ohio campaign systems for Song of Drums and Tomahawks...
