Just like I would build it to be honest. To really capture the spirit of Hobbitton you need to play more around with height differences.

Aha!

Planted all the grass and painted the fence, the only thing left now are the trees, a few pot plants and a couple of gardening tools  :D

Thought about it and have done it in the past with satisfactory results but didn't actually think of it for this  ::) lol
