Looks great - the gear in particular looks like it would work in real life.

I have now done some detailing on the underside of the main body (the gear is loosely placed, so apologies if it appears slightly wonky):

Oh, shiny!  :)

How do you cut the plastic tubes? I have problems cutting them straight with a knife.

Detailing the bottom, that's dedication right there.

Everything else is plastic card (plain or embossed), rod, tube or strip.  Orange bits are cut-down printer catridge blanking covers.  I have lots of old spare kit bits, off-cuts, odds'n'ends, etc most of which I keep "just in case I need them at some future point"

I would know if it wasn't there. ::)

A sharp modelling knife and metal ruler.  A set square to ensure square cuts. For tubes or rod I roll the piece with the edge of the blade using gentle pressure at first; it then either cuts clean or can be snapped with a clean edge.

I'm really liking the cockpit - the utilitarian look works really well for a dropship, I think. It does really look like something that's meant to come down and deliver a bunch of unpleasant buggers.

Also  respect for detailing the underside to that extent! I might take some inspiration from your landing gear legs, those are amazing.

Started on the engines:

Two old marker pens, plastic girder plastic card and toothpaste tube tops ( but no sticky-back plastic! lol )

Someone else with precise plasticard cutting,  I just can't do it so I'm regularly impressed seeing it done so well!
