I continue to be amazed by your work.
that all goes together well - great module.
Thank you very much. :)

Workshop: Construction of the 'Ruins of Mordheim' modular table, part 86.

The presentation of the modules prepared for painting has definitely passed the halfway point.

Today I have for you photos of the inn and stables, which were created by combining several models from Lasercut Buildings. Additionally, I placed a few bits from GW, Alien Lab Miniatures and other manufacturers on the module.

I recommend the All-in-One Modulart Art Box – Ultra from KRYDRUFI, review HERE, shop LINK, discount code QUIDAM.

Great work again; a very nice tarting up of an already excellent module!  :-*

The only thing not sitting right with me is the lack of detail to the windows on the inside of the buildings. The level of detail on the entire table is simply magnificent, but those windows are just bare mdf. Ideally they'd show a window frame and sill, to drive home the idea that these are not just six or eight square holes lined up side by side in a wall, but an actual window.

A minor niggle, considering the scope of the table, but just one I thought I should mention...
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Actually a great point and now I can’t unsee it. Wonder if OP has thought of this.

Thanks for the comment about the windows, honestly I had no idea about them. And basically I still don't have it, but maybe I'll stick some kind of grate there, or pieces of plastic imitating cracked windows. I need to think...

Yes, although I'm still not sure what I'll do with it. It also looks a little different after painting, which can be seen on the Teufelsberg models.

Workshop: Construction of the 'Ruins of Mordheim' modular table, part 87

The next table module with the ruins of Mordheim presents a moving carousel made of bits.

To build the module, in addition to plaster casts from Rotten Factory molds, I used bits from GW, Mini Monsters, Dunkeldorf Miniatures, Mantic and Wargames Atlantic.

I do like the creepy carousel.

Nice to see something for the children, there’s so little for them to do in your average cursed city!

Another great module.  How many more are you planning?

Wow QC, this thread is amazing, I've just got caught up to speed. Absolutely amazing level of details.  :-*  :-*  :-*

I really liked the wire candles on the statues, the whole city feels so "lived in" despite its dereliction.

Im keen to keep watching this one, and i really hope you have an airbrush, as I was getting anxious just thinking.. "how is he going to paint this?"  o_o

Cheers
Matt

Thank you very much. :)

It is clear that a good architect designed the city of Mordheim, because he also thought about children. ;)

I have 14 modules in total, if I count correctly, and 9 modules are needed for one game table.

Thank you very much. :) I have an airbrush, but you can also paint the models with a brush, see my Teufelsberg, which he painted with a brush. :)

Workshop: Construction of the 'Ruins of Mordheim' modular table, part 88.

I'm slowly approaching the end of the presentation of the table modules with Mordheim ruins for Warheim FS prepared for painting.

The module visible in the photos below is the second city gate, containing an optional bridge that can be used when playing mixed scenarios in Warheim FS.

As with many other modules, this one includes building ruins made into models from Lasercut Buildings, as well as a lot of bits from various manufacturers, including Games Workshop, Micro Art Studio, SpellCrow, Dunkeldorf Miniatures, Mini Monsters and a monument from HQ Resin
