First pictures of the new Wizard, the Lich Wizard, from Thaw of the Lich Lord.

We are planning to start the Nickstarter pre-order program for 'Thaw of the Lich Lord' 25th September, and probably end it 3rd November, in anticipation of the general release date of the 20th of November.

Those are really cool! I especially like the apprentice for this one. Well, I am saving up for another warband, so now I just have one additional choice for which wizard I am getting.

Just to clarify - the Lich does not represent a new school of magic. It is an 'option' for wizards from any school of magic...although some might be more inclined than others...

Death cultists are mortal men and women who have sworn their service to an undead master, usually in the hope of achieving some form of immortality. They normally come from the lowest rung of society and have few useful skills and little combat training. What they lack in ability, however, they make up for in fanaticism and fearlessness in the face of death. When sent out by their masters, death cultists generally conceal their identities behind masks and hoods, but proclaim their allegiances by adorning themselves with bones, chains and other symbols of death.
