Hey Matakishi great miniature, who makes him? And why is he with the Brits?
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

2019 Painting Challenge :
figures bought: 500+
figures painted: 57
9 vehicles painted
4 terrain pieces scratchbuilt

It's a Reaper miniature.
He's with the Brits because the Americans are in the post.

I really like the look of your forces based like that. What size table do you use for your 28mm games? I have a problem with 28mm ww2 games they never seem to look right to me on my table, but the basing system you have used here looks a lot better to me some how and i may rebase my toys that way too. Great

My table is 6ftx4ft (1800cm x 1200cm) A Crossfire company has 11 bases of troops and 4 individual miniatures before you add optional extras so this size table works well.

I’m really liking the look of these. They seem to have that commando comic vibe to them, good stuff!

I know at the start you said you weren’t too worried about historical accuracy. With the vehicles are you going for early war and late war sets, or are you happy fudging it so that you can get all the toys on the table? There is definitely an old school freedom of just using what you have.

I'm going to use what I've got but I'm trying to be mainly early war. I'm not going to be using the diecast vehicles I originally bought.
